Silk All-in-one Mineral Paint is a creamy, self-leveling, one-step paint. It has a built-in stain blocker and a built-in top coat that leaves a low-reflective finish that allows for easy clean up. Silk’s built-in top coat offers excellent durability once fully cured.  Silk is UV resistant, mildew resistant, is nontoxic and contains no VOC’s. With a built-in blocker and primer, Silk will stop tannin bleed through for many woods.  For most projects, allow two-hour dry time between coats.  For serious bleeders, allow longer dry times between coats to enhance the curing process OR use one coat of BOSS prior to using Silk. Most projects require two coats of Silk.
 
All surfaces should be properly prepared and cleaned with White Lightning, rinsed well and allowed to dry.  Slick Stick is needed for non-porous surfaces prior to painting with Silk.  Always use a dry brush while applying Silk.
